"Medicine is an exercise of the imagination. We enter another's suffering to end it."

Our name is drawn from the Hindu and Sikh word ‘Seva’ which describes a concept of service for the good of humanity. This is our approach to advisory. Access to health, education and opportunity are both critical to a more equitable society and we are committed to providing outstanding and innovative service to ethical, purpose driven organisations making healthcare more accessible and effective.

We exist to help leaders of purpose driven organisations in the NHS, healthcare, pharma and life sciences harness long term thinking to create capability to survive and thrive in a disrupted world.

We do this by providing teams you can trust, advice you can action and sustainable capability to reach your business objectives.   Our services are focused on strategy, culture, leadership, process and business systems.

Our Oath

We take our commitment to our clients and to society seriously. We believe that being trusted by you, our clients, to help you solve your most complex and important problems demands absolute integrity. As a demonstration of our commitment, we support the Chartered Management Consulting accreditation and require all of team members to commit to an oath modelled on the Hippocratic Oath.

"I undertake that, as member of the Ceva Global team, I will practise my profession to the best of my knowledge and ability with conscience and integrity. I will respect the secrets which are confided in me and maintain the utmost respect for our clients. I will hold in the deepest respect the honourable traditions and obligations of my profession; even under threat, I will not use my knowledge contrary to the laws of humanity. Recognising what I have learnt from my teachers, I will myself pass on the art and science of consulting to others. I will work for the good of all persons and organisations whose future may be placed in my care and for the public wellbeing."

Our Team

We create sustainable capability to help purpose driven companies led by long term thinkers, prosper in a disrupted world.

We believe in the power of informality to unlock creativity and impact. We don’t do beauty parades or tenders - we do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Afternoon tea if you like.

Traditional advisory is stuffy, transactional and impersonal. We are advisors with personality and perspective focused on achieving impact.
